   Contact Dillon Fields or the DHBC office to request building permit forms, plan requirements, valuation worksheet, and trade-specific submittals.

   Deliver completed application, construction plans, and supporting documents to the inspector (office open Thursday 8:00-9:30 a.m. EST) and coordinate fee payment with DHBC.
3. 03
   Once the inspector determines compliance with the Kentucky Building Code, the permit is issued and inspections are scheduled.
