City of Mount Vernon

Any development or construction activity regulated by Title XV—new buildings, additions, decks, accessory structures, and significant mechanical/electrical/plumbing changes—must comply with Mount Vernon Land Usage regulations plus the 2018 Kentucky Building Code.
