When a permit is required
Permit triggers and exempt work for Cedar Falls
Any owner or authorized agent who intends to construct, enlarge, alter, repair, move, demolish, or change the occupancy of a building or structure must first obtain the required permit. Electrical, plumbing, and mechanical work also require their own permits.
