Permit triggers and exempt work for Shiloh
New construction, additions, decks, sheds > 120 sq ft, basement finishes, swimming pools, solar.
- Exempt Sheds 10x12 or smaller without electricity (site plan still required for setbacks)

- 04 Pay fees at Village Hall.
- 05 Permit issued.
