   Prepare two sets of plans (18" × 24" or 24" × 36") stamped by a licensed architect or engineer certified to comply with 2018 International Codes and City of Donnelly Ordinances.

   Prepare two sets of structural calculations on 8.5" × 11" paper stamped by a licensed engineer.

   Prepare two sets of to-scale site plans showing dwelling site, well site, septic site, and replacement septic site.

   Submit application, plans, and site plans to City of Donnelly.

   City staff reviews for code compliance.

   Pay applicable permit and plan review fees, plus impact fees.

   Obtain permit and proceed with construction.

   Submit electrical, plumbing, and HVAC permits to State of Idaho (DOPL) separately.

Typical processing time: Approximately 2–8 weeks, depending on workload. May–October typically very busy.
