- 04 Provide outside approvals where applicable. A County Fire Inspection certificate is required before a new business license is issued, and if permits are issued the applicant must attach a copy of the Certificate of Occupancy.
- 05 Coordinate inspections with the city's building inspection and code enforcement staff during the project.
- 06 Complete final approval and obtain any certificate of occupancy or related city clearance required for use or occupancy.
