Permit triggers and exempt work for Eastman

- 01 Download the applicable Eastman form from the city forms page.
- 02 Complete the permit form with owner, address, use, square footage, and contractor information.
- 03 Attach the required support documents. For the building-permit form these are full plans, site plans if required, deed, and plat. If sewer is unavailable, attach the approved septic tank permit.
- 04 Submit the packet to City Hall for Building Inspector/Code Enforcer review and any required Planning and Zoning and/or City Council approval. The building form states construction shall not begin until council and/or P&Z approval.
- 05 After permit issuance, complete the required inspections shown on the permit card. Public forms show inspection checkpoints of 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and final.
