When a permit is required
Permit triggers and exempt work for Morrow

- 04 City staff reviews the application and conducts plan review where required.
- 05 Pay fees. The city also accepts emailed credit card authorization for fee payment.
- 06 Permit is issued after review approval and payment; inspections then proceed through the city.
