Permit triggers and exempt work for Hampton
Hampton is subject to the Florida Building Code through its local enforcement arrangement.
- Exempt Fences below 8 feet in height (although zoning rules may still apply; fences 8 feet tall or more require a permit)
Note: No Hampton-specific public exemption list was located in the reviewed official materials. Apply Bradford County permit thresholds and coordinate with Hampton city zoning for local requirements.

- Notice of Commencement (if applicable)
- Reviewed site-copy plans for inspections
