Application process
Application → plan check → issuance → inspection → final
- 01 Obtain the relevant permit packet or application from Town Hall.
- 02 Submit the application and required site and foundation documents.
- 03 For manufactured homes, sign and return the owner installer disclosure statement, complete the manufactured housing application, pay the installation authorization and inspection fee, and then obtain the foundation-only permit.
- 04 Foundation plans and a plot plan are required before issuance for the foundation-only permit.
- 05 The town and applicable inspectors complete required inspections before final occupancy.
