  3. Submit application WITH payment to City Hall in person, by mail, or by scanning and emailing to pgfrontdesk@pgtc.com.
  4. For emailed submissions, work may begin only after payment is accepted and confirmed.
  5. Permit is issued upon approval.
  6. Schedule and complete required inspections.
