Permit triggers and exempt work for Quartzsite
Quartzsite Town Code section 150.02 requires a building permit to be applied for and issued by the Building Safety Department before constructing any commercial or residential improvement, addition, renovation, or accessory structure/building greater than 120 square feet, unless otherwise exempt under adopted codes.
