Permit triggers and exempt work for Parker

- 03 Submit septic permit status and licensed contractor information if applicable.

- 05 Town staff reviews the application and construction plans.
- 06 Building Inspector verifies the application and plans.
- 07 Permit processing should generally be allowed 5 to 7 working days.
