When a permit is required
Permit triggers and exempt work for Kenai
Permits are required for new construction, additions, alterations, demolitions (no fee), moving of any building, placement of mobile homes in mobile home parks, and fences over 7 feet tall. Sign permits are required prior to installation of any sign, nameplate, or advertising structure.
