Permit triggers and exempt work for Northport

- Application includes an owner-contractor exemption certification for a structure that will be the owner's primary place of residence and not built to sell or rent.
- Contractor requirements
- Application requires Northport license number and Alabama license number for the general contractor, plus trade-contractor information.

- 05 Pay permit fees after staff review and permit calculation.
- 06 Request inspections through the Chief Building Official or permit system until final approval.
