Permit triggers and exempt work for Pike Road

- 02 For building permits, submit one set of permit documents by email to tammy@pikeroad.us and lthomas@pikeroad.us with a complete building permit application.
- 03 Include the required plans review items. The checklist calls for a site plan, foundation plan, floor plan, elevations, electrical plans, septic or sewer approval if applicable, landscape plans when required, and HOA or architectural review approval if applicable.
- 04 The town reviews the submission against its adopted codes and any planning/zoning requirements. Planning-related questions and submissions are directed to planning@pikeroad.us.
- 05 Pay the permit fee shown on the applicable form or fee schedule. Multiple forms state fees may be doubled if work starts before the permit is issued.
- 06 Receive the permit before beginning work, then call Town Hall for inspections.
