- 03 Submit the signed application plus required plans, drawings, and supporting documents. Commercial projects require applicable site, building, sprinkler, alarm, and related drawings.
- 04 The city completes building, zoning, and fire review (where applicable).
- 05 Pay permit, plan review, and issuance fees through the Building Department.
- 06 After approval, the permit is issued and inspections are scheduled through the city system.
