Application Process

  1. Open the Building Permit section on the portal and choose Apply.
  2. If a contractor is applying, use the contractor path in the portal. If no contractor is assigned, submit the owner-builder form.
  3. Fill in the required information and attach all required files.
  4. Attach the construction waste management form. Portal instructions say submission must include the required construction waste management documentation for completion or final.
