  • Sidewalks and driveways within the stated elevation limits
  • Painting, papering, tiling, carpeting, and similar finish work
  • Certain prefabricated shallow above-ground pools and other minor accessory items
  • Window awnings in limited configurations
  • Non-fixed fixtures and partitions up to 5 feet 9 inches in certain contexts
  • Some limited low-impact grading configurations under the code appendix standards
