Important: The city infographic says permits are still required for structural additions and alterations and for trade work including electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and heating and cooling installation, alteration, or repair. It also states an encroachment permit is required for work within city right-of-way, including sidewalks, curb and gutters, and driveway approaches.
