  4. Staff reviews the application. Approval process may take 24 to 72 hours.
  5. Payment of fees is due either at submission or upon approval depending on permit type.
  6. Upon approval, permit is issued. Post the permit on-site.
  7. Schedule required inspections by calling (307) 234-6679 or emailing info@millswy.gov.
  8. Pass all required inspections and obtain certificate of occupancy when all inspections are complete.
