When a permit is required
Permit triggers and exempt work for Oneida County
County information handout says permits are required for structures or moves with fair market value over $2,500 or 200 sq ft or more, for change of use, for work in setback conflicts, for structures damaged 50 percent or more, and for impervious surface work in shoreland areas.
