When a permit is required
Permit triggers and exempt work for Wyoming County
A building permit is required for all new structures, enlargements or alterations to existing buildings, demolition of structures, garages and accessory structures, and any structure with electric, plumbing, or permanent foundation. Properties in floodplain areas require additional Floodplain Development Permit.
