- Complete application and assemble required supporting documents.
- Submit to the Planning and Zoning Department with applicable fees.
- After approval, a permit poster must be posted visibly from the road until the appeal period expires (15-day appeal period).
- Do not begin construction until after the 15-day appeal period has passed.
