  2. Download the Building Permit Application and Planning/Zoning Permitting Fee Schedule from the Permits and Forms page.
  3. Complete application and assemble required supporting documents.
  4. Submit to the Planning and Zoning Department with applicable fees.
  5. After approval, a permit poster must be posted visibly from the road until the appeal period expires (15-day appeal period).
  6. Do not begin construction until after the 15-day appeal period has passed.
