- Pay the applicable fee per the '2024 Zoning Application Fees' schedule (PDF available on town website).
- The Zoning Administrator reviews the application. Permitted uses are approved administratively. The Development Review Board handles conditional uses, variances, and appeals.
- For public buildings, also apply for a DFS state construction permit.
