  3. Complete the application, including a Building Permit Plot Plan (template available on the website).
  4. Submit to the Town Clerk's Office during office hours, along with applicable fee (see 'Current Permit Fees as of 4.17.23' PDF on town website).
  5. The Zoning Administrator reviews the application. Permitted uses are approved administratively. Conditional uses, variances, and appeals go before the Zoning Board.
  6. Planning Commission and Zoning Board normally meet the 1st Monday of the month at 6:00 PM.
  7. For permit amendments, use the Permit Amendment form on the website.
  8. For public buildings, also apply for a DFS state construction permit.
  9. For projects with wastewater/well, obtain DEC permit.
