  5. Pay the applicable fee.
  6. The Zoning Administrator reviews and issues the permit for permitted uses. Development Review Board hearings are required for conditional uses and variances.
  7. For public buildings, obtain a separate DFS state construction permit.
  8. For projects with a wastewater system or well, obtain the required DEC permit.
