Application process

- 02 For all applications going before the Development Review Board, a pre-application meeting with staff is required; call to set up an appointment.
- 03 Obtain the applicable application from the Planning and Zoning Office or from the town website.
- 04 Prepare required documents: Zoning permit application; ANR Atlas Map (required with each zoning permit); site plan; drawings; applicable DRB checklists.
- 05 Submit application with fee payment.
- 06 Await processing; fee is calculated as total square feet x $0.40, minimum $50.
- 07 Note: Richmond does NOT issue Zoning Compliance Certificates.
