Same MSD permit triggers apply: additions, remodels, detached structures over 200 sq ft residential or 120 sq ft commercial, retaining walls over 4 ft, plumbing/electrical changes, service changes, HVAC replacement, spas, windows, reroofing, siding/stucco replacement.
