Application process

- 04 Pay the plan review fee where applicable before review begins. Commercial procedures expressly require a plan review fee at intake.
- 05 The City Engineer, Public Works, Fire Inspector / Fire Marshal, and Code Enforcement review the package as applicable.
- 06 After approvals, Building Inspection issues the permit and the applicant pays the permit fee.
- 07 Call inspections at least the day before needed and obtain final inspection and certificate of occupancy before occupancy.
