Permit triggers and exempt work for Sonora

Application process
Application → plan check → issuance → inspection → final
- 01 Confirm the parcel is inside Sonora city limits.
- 02 Contact City Hall / Code Enforcement at 201 E Main, (325) 387-2558, or info@sonoratexas.gov to request the current permit application, required plan set, and any zoning or floodplain review requirements.
- 03 Submit the application and plans directly to the city using the routing the city provides.
- 04 Complete required inspections.
- 05 Obtain permit issuance and final city sign-off.
