- 02 If the applicant is a contractor, complete contractor registration before permit submission.
- 03 Submit the permit packet, plans, approvals, and supporting documents to Community Development at 300 W Main Street.
- 04 Wait for plan review and permit issuance before starting work.
- 05 Request required inspections through Building Services and complete final approval and any certificate of occupancy requirements.
