When a permit is required
Permit triggers and exempt work for Marfa
Building permits must be issued before work starts. Permits are required for building, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, demolition, or fencing work.

- 09 Coordinate inspections with the city during construction and obtain final sign-off if required by permit scope.
