When a permit is required
Permit triggers and exempt work for Bovina
A separate building permit is required before any person erects, constructs, enlarges, alters, moves, improves, converts, or demolishes any building or structure in the city.

- Permit validity
- Every permit issued by the city is good for 90 days. One extension of up to 90 more days can be approved after inspection of the completed work to date. After that, a new permit is required.
