Permit triggers and exempt work for Llano

Application process
Application → plan check → issuance → inspection → final
- 01 Confirm the project scope with the Code Enforcement Department and determine whether it is a new build/addition permit or an alteration permit.
- 02 Complete the online Building Permit form or the appropriate PDF application packet.
- 03 Submit the application and supporting plans by emailing to permits@cityofllano.com. Incomplete applications will not be processed.
- 04 Pay the applicable permit, review, contractor registration, and inspection fees under the city master fee schedule.
- 05 Obtain plan review and permit approval before starting work. The Code Enforcement Office handles site plan approval and permit issuance.
- 06 Schedule and complete required inspections, then obtain final approval before occupancy or project closeout.
