When a permit is required
Permit triggers and exempt work for Celeste
The city public permit library includes commercial submittal requirements and contractor registration forms, supporting a general building-permit program. Permit issuance is conditioned on valid contractor licensing where applicable.

- Required state license and/or current TDLR information, valid driver license, and insurance upon submission

- Annual contractor and subcontractor registration required. Permit will not be issued if contractor license is not valid. Celeste requires required license and/or current TDLR credentials, driver license, and insurance at submission.
