   Contact Lakeport City Hall or use the city permit web form.

   Identify the permit type from the city form, which includes new, addition, sign, plumbing, mechanical, demolition, remodel, plan review, electrical, gas, swimming pool, irrigation, storage tank, and fire-system categories.

   Submit plans and supporting documents where required.

   Pay the applicable permit and inspection charges under the city code before permit closeout and certificate of occupancy.
