When a permit is required
Permit triggers and exempt work for Bronte
A building permit is required for new buildings, additions, cargo or shipping containers, recreational vehicles, and manufactured homes.

- Permits expire six months after approved date. If the project has not started within six months, the applicant must reapply to extend the permit.
Application process

- 03 Submit the application and fees to the city.
- 04 City staff reviews the application and may route to City Council for review.
- 05 Permit is issued after approval and fee collection.
