When a permit is required
Permit triggers and exempt work for Queen City
Queen City code states no wall, structure, building, or part of one may be built, enlarged, or altered within the city limits until information about the proposed work and materials has been submitted and the city issues a permit. Application process

- 01 Contact City Hall or the City Secretary to confirm permit type and current submittal requirements.
- 02 Submit the application and any required plans or supporting materials. Queen City's sign code requires plans, specifications, drawings, or descriptions necessary to advise the Building Official.
