Commercial submittals require two printed plan sets, one electronic copy, energy forms, and TAS registration when required.
- 03 Submit the application and plans to City Hall or through the city portal. The commercial submittal sheet directs applicants to email the electronic set to mary.ornelas@pittsburgtx.gov.
- 04 The Building Official reviews the plans. Commercial plan review typically takes 14 days.
- 05 Pay the applicable permit fees and post the issued permit and approved plans on site.
- 06 Call or email to schedule inspections with at least 24 hours notice. Final approvals and, when applicable, a certificate of occupancy follow successful inspections.
