Permit triggers and exempt work for Lebanon

- South Dakota Codified Law § 11-10 requires compliance with 2021 International Building Code (IBC) as minimum standard.
- Contractor requirements
- State registration under SDCL Chapter 36-21C is required for residential contractors. Electrical and plumbing work requires state-licensed contractors (licensed through South Dakota Department of Labor).
