Permit triggers and exempt work for Lincoln County
A building/zoning permit is required prior to the construction of any new structure, alteration to an existing structure, change of use/occupancy, or demolition. Also required for placement of manufactured homes, accessory buildings, decks, and certain agricultural structures in regulated zones.
