When a permit is required
Permit triggers and exempt work for Custer County
Building permits are required for all structures exceeding 160 square feet, including new and used mobile/modular homes. Grading permits are required for clearing, filling, grading, or excavating on undeveloped property. Individual Wastewater Disposal Permits are required for septic system installation.
