Attached or detached garages/accessory structures: Under 500 sq ft $50, Over 500 sq ft $50 + $0.10/sq ft. Residential Alterations & Renovations: Interior renovations $100 + $0.10/sq ft, Decks and porches $50. Permit renewal fee: 50% of original permit fee. Commercial permit fees available on application or by contacting Building Department.
