Residential UCC new construction: $595 up to 2,500 gross sq ft, then $10 per 100 sq ft or fraction above. Alterations and renovations: 1.5% of total construction cost ($150 minimum). Miscellaneous residential construction: 2% of total construction cost ($125 minimum).

- Non-residential UCC reinspection or additional inspection fee: $100.00 per hour. Rental reinspection fees: $50 (2nd), $75 (3rd), $100 (4th).
