When a permit is required
Permit triggers and exempt work for Indiana County
There is no separate unincorporated Indiana County permit program because all property lies inside a municipality. Pennsylvania UCC permit triggers apply countywide through each municipality's designated permit authority.
Note: Exempt work categories are determined by each municipality's designated permit authority. Contact the relevant authority to confirm whether your project requires a permit before starting work.
