When a permit is required
Permit triggers and exempt work for Benezette Township
A valid sewage permit and UCC building permit are required before installation or construction of any dwelling, mobile home, or recreational cabin. PennDOT highway occupancy approval may also be required for driveway access to state roads.
Note: No Benezette-specific exempt-work list was found on reviewed township pages. Pennsylvania UCC residential exemptions may still apply for items such as certain fences, small retaining walls, some sidewalks and driveways, and shallow prefabricated pools, but sewage, zoning, floodplain, and road occupancy approvals may still be required.
