Permit triggers and exempt work for Apollo Borough

- Permit becomes invalid if work does not begin within 180 days or is abandoned for 180 days; permit may not remain valid more than 5 years from issue date

- Owner or authorized agent may apply; workers' compensation exemption documentation is required where applicable

- Pennsylvania home improvement contractor registration applies to jobs over $5,000; workers' compensation documentation is required with permit submission where applicable
Application process
