When a permit is required
Permit triggers and exempt work for Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation (CTUIR)
A Development Permit is required for almost all new construction, alteration, renovations, and remodels of structures on the Umatilla Indian Reservation. The permit can cover planning review, site work, structural, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work under a single permit.
