- Obtain approved zoning permit from City of Tillamook Planning Department (First Step)
- Submit approved zoning permit with building permit application to Tillamook County Community Development (Second Step)
- Schedule appointment with Tillamook County for building permit submittal
- Submit complete application (incomplete applications not accepted)
- City Planning reviews for consistency with City Code and comprehensive plan
- Upon permit issuance, pick up permit within 5 business days or it will be mailed
